Who’s Behind CroX
I founded CroX after several years working in international recruitment, starting in Latin America and later specializing in the German and European market as an independent Talent Partner.
After experiencing high-volume agency environments, I intentionally built CroX as a boutique recruitment practice — focused on depth, alignment, and long-term hiring success rather than transactional placements or CV volume.
My work combines structured search methodology, deep role understanding, and hands-on candidate screening to ensure that every hire is not only technically strong, but also culturally aligned and motivated for long-term growth.
