    If a placed candidate leaves or is terminated during the probation period due to performance or mutual fit reasons, a replacement search is provided at no additional recruitment fee.

    This guarantee does not apply in cases of:

    • Company restructuring or layoffs

    • Role scope changes after offer acceptance

    • Compensation or contract changes introduced post-offer

    • Termination reasons unrelated to candidate performance or role fit

    Final guarantee terms are defined contractually per engagement.
